I'm on WinXP and the files are opened by the file explorer as I described. But
anyway, this bug is independent of issue 53184.
The problem is the missing DDE command in my file type settings because MS
Office deleted them with the last update. I reported the problematic in issue
70658 and will therefore close this bug.
