After downloading m188 build from here: http://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/devel/680/SRC680_m188/Build-1/OOo_2.1.0_061019_Win32Intel_install_ga.exe the installer displays the underlying 8-bit characters of the utf-8 strings; see screenshot #1.
