AW: Yes, it's indeed the MPGBC (MasterPageBackgroundCache). Problem is that
there is no change notification when the Page Number changes
(SdrPage::SetPageNum(...)), so there is no ActionChanged() on a model change of
the page. That change would (beneath other things) remove the MPBGC entries for
this page-masterapge combination. Unfortunately, this method is a inline method,
so i need to change it and build svx and sd to test.
