BC: As we make use of '.wmf' files (for germany) and '.gif' files (to be seen in
share template/wizard/bitmap/ folder we had to be as flexible as possible in the
resources and make sure that the macro also works when a translator inserted a
wrong extension as with 'usa.bmp'. That' s why for check the existence for both
file types in the macro.
For further issues please address ih who is no in custody for the basic macros
in the Office.
