The issue is arguably inside vcl focus handling and the MultiLineEdit. However i
won't change that for one single dialog, because changing focus handling will
let all hell break loose. So instead i changed the dialog to grab the focus to
the MultiLineEdit in the INIT_SHOW state change instead of the constructor.
