I don't know if it may replace the official label - therefore you should send a mail to [email protected] telling why it should be changed, but it might be integrated as additional artwork. I'm not quite sure if a resolution of 300x200 pixel would be enough for high quality printing. If possible, please add a proposal in larger scale (and integrate the logo in a higher solution - perhaps as vector graphic you may find in the logo gallery: http://marketing.openoffice.org/art/galleries/marketing/logos/).
