I found this bug also in m189
I think there are two ways to fix this bug
Either you change in "/text/shared/02/01140000.xhp" "<embed
href="text/shared/01/04140000.xhp#grafiktext"/>" the small "g" of "grafiktext"
to a great "G" (Grafiktext)
Or you may change in"text/shared/01/04140000.xhp""<paragraph role="paragraph"
id="par_id3159411" xml-lang="de" l10n="CHG" oldref="2"><variable
id="Grafiktext"><ahelp hid="SID_INSERT_GRAPHIC" visibility="visible">Fügt ein
Bild in das aktuelle Dokument ein.</ahelp></variable></paragraph>"
"id='Grafiktext'" to "id='grafiktext"
I prefer the second one because I remember that there are several problems like
this.
