AW: Found execution paths in SC where there is no SdrPageView and thus no
OverlayManager. This happens when a tab page is deleted. A more simple test
(instead of the described one) is to close a tab pabe.
AW: Discussed with NN. Secured and centralized OverlayManager access in
ScGridWindow::getOverlayManager(). Works well, checked in.
