Reproducable on SRC680_m189 when the Lateef font is available. The psprinted
file doesn't have the problem though.
I saw that this issue can get fixed by merging in Tim's fix to
pdfwriter_impl.cxx (rev 1.92.64.1). Since the original commit doesn't have an
issue number I'll use this issue number to merge it into CWS vcl69.
