That actually is a bug in acroread's clipboard code for compound text support.
However it is also a bug in OOo, that compound text gets chosen when there is
utf8 support in acroread's clipboard; actually it was intended that the
UTF8_STRING target from acroread should have been chosen over COMPOUND_TEXT. I
fixed the latter issue and asked for UTF8 acroread actually produces the proper
text. That is also the reason why other applications paste properly: they choose
UTF8_STRING when it's available because it is the modern way of transporting
text.
