I think, it is the best that can happen, that the Windows Installer appears in
English. In solenv/bin/modules/installer/globals.pm is a list of languages, that
are not supported by the Windows Installer Service. For this languages you get
an error "Unknown language", if the installation with Windows Installer (after
NSIS unpacked all files) is started. I think Pavel added Kurdish to this list,
which is probably correct (I never tested Kurdish OpenOffice.org). For all
languages in this list, it is forced, that the installation appears in English.
Otherwise no installation would be possible. So this is no error, it works as
designed.
