------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Oct 31 11:49:54 -0800 2006 ------- Most OOo users here use Avery Letter Size paper format for printing labels which is 8.5" x 11", However if you select Avery Letter Size and generate the label page, go to Format>Page go to the Page tab... under Format... User defined is selected with the page size being 8.45" x 10.52" which causes the labels to NOT line up when printed unless you change it to Letter 8.5" x 11" instead of User defined 8.45" x 10.52" Depending on what kind of Avery Letter Size you are using when changing it back to letter it sometimes will drop the last column of labels down to a second page and messing up how the labels should print... the work around for this defect when this happens is when you are changing the page format to Letter, at the same time click on the Columns tab and specify how many columns there should be. Tested it on both Linux and Windows XP machines. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
