"Change information in window title bar"
==> "Instead of showing the file name or the title (if available) and the
software name on the window title bar, now the file name plus the office
component name (e.g. Writer, Calc, Impress, etc.) will be displayed."
There you can find a link to the specification, too...

please have a look at this issue. at the moment Office displays the file name
including the extension (e.g.sxw).
I think it was a nice feature to enter a description which was displayed in the
window title...
(and it was a confusing one for some people, too...)
