- Moved the static functions to token.cxx, made NeedsPofRewrite() and
RewriteMissingToPof() member functions of ScTokenArray.
- Made all AddMissing functions member methods of ScMissingContext.
- Replaced the *gasp* preprocessor macro with an inline member method of
ScMissingContext.
- compiler.cxx: directly use ScMissingToken instead of ScRawToken.
- interpr4.cxx: ScInterpreter::GetDouble() case svMissing: Pop() was missing.
- Please use 4 blanks instead of tabs for indentation in all new code!
