New document,
input some text
select word
format/char: change language attribute to "None"
save document
load again

=> the attribute gets lost.
This is a real problem because "None" is often used to avoid hyphenation.
This has been fixed with issue 67497 in CWS calc40, integrated into src680m190.
But unfortunately now we got in trouble with older documents.
Load attached bugdoc, this has been created with OOo2.0.
Compare this document opened with OOo2.1 and OOo2.0, you'll see a different line
break caused by hyphenation vs. "None".
We need a fix which opens old document without loss and create and save new
documents with "no language" as well.
