------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Nov 7 11:08:23 -0800 2006 ------- If a cell contains "hello there" with the 'hello' bold and the 'there' italic, copying that cell together with a blank cell below it to the clipboard and then doing Edit->Paste Special->RTF in Writer pastes it as plain text in a table - ie the formatting is lost. I think this is a bug rather than an enhancement request, because 1. if "hello there" is *all* bold or whatever it pastes fine 2. if you just copy/paste a single cell it works fine (ie no table) 3. if the cells are copied from Excel rather than Calc it works fine :( This matter was discussed on the Calc user forum Oct/Nov 2006 under the heading "rich text formatting" and confirmed there by other users --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
