Hi All,

   When I add text to the attached file in Cell B2, and the
text scrolls in the cell, the cell position of E2 changes from Cell=Top
to Cell=Bottom.  This happens in about one out of every two times
that B2 scrolls.  So, if you can not immediately reproduce it in my attached
file, it will get you on the second or third scrolled line in B2.
