I will give a brief example. Fill A1:A20 with numbers 1-20, in the middle
somewhere change a value to 50 - or I assume any large number. Fill B1:B20 with
some helpful labels. in a cell type "=LOOKUP(MAX(A1:A20); A1:A20;B1:B20)"....
this will return the last label in B20, instead of the label of the the value
50! I assume this is a problem with lookup function, as the max does return the
right value.

P.S. submitting attachments should be on the issue reporter, its very confusing
to have it on the next screen after you clicked submit.
