After discussions with Matthias H.,
SAL_IMPLEMENT_MAIN_WITH_ARGS
does expect parameters to be passed to the users main, while
SAL_IMPLEMENT_MAIN
does _not_ expect, and also does _not_ support parameters (usage of
"argc"/"argv" in the body is not allowed).
Going fix this accordingly ...
