For the future, please file ONE ISSUE FOR ONE problem, referring to the issue
guidelines.
The second problem is already tracked as issue 10813.
Regarding first problem: double click the graphic in the header that wraps to
the next page. On the "Type" you can see that the graphic has a value for
horizontal position.
