First of all I want to say that I'm not a developer. Since I want this bug fixed
I downloaded the file and opened it in Notepad++.
I just changed the line 488 from
instsetoo_native inc_openoffice\windows\msi_languages\RadioBut.ulf

to

Then I saved it. I don't know if I should do something else so I just made that
change. I hope it's ok.
