2006 -------
Using the UCB to download, unzip and write the contents of the archive to disk
fails. This is probably the result of the fix that was done for 93735. Currently
the office still has problems to import documents which many links which causes
the office to freeze or make it appear so. We should fix this and let QA decide
if the overall situation has deteriorated. 

The cucial code can be found in
ucbhelper/source/provider/backgrounddownload.cxx, function 
InputStream::getLength()
