SBA: Set to Worksforme.
When your system does not have a certain font (Times), you can not have a
problem with this font by default when using the current OOo release.
This issue is not worth the effort of a lengish fight for the reproduction of an
issue of old OOo versions with fonts that were accessible "by chance". It did
affect one character in a certain situation and does not hinder yours or anyones
present work, as far as I understand.
If you can present a scenario of a defect of the current version, feel free to
submit a new issue.
Let's go for the "big fish" of the current version, please.
