You just have to call the toolbar using View/toolbars/edit points and it will be
right back. As you described it this toolbar is a context-sensitive toolbar: it
appears in the right context and it dispappears automatically if you change the
context.
But in the following version 2.0.3 the handling is more user-friendly: if you
have closed the toolbar with the closer it will come up if the context comes up
the next time.
