If A1:A2 contain dog, cat
and B1:B2 contain {=A1:A2} as an array formula

Select row A - it is not possible to insert a row - and there is no apparent
reason

MSO does allow the row insertion, and therefore has better and more expected
behaviour

Possibly this is overzealous protection of the array - 'oh no, someone's
selected only part of an array - let's stop anything from happening'.

User workarounds are:
1. select the whole array
2. cut and paste
