2006 -------
ES->foxcole: for the second problem (deleting a non protected TOC at the top of
the cell):
- set the cursor at the very begining of the TOC
- press Enter
-> the TOC has noe 2 paragraphs
- set the cursor at the very begining of the TOC again
- press Alt+Enter
-> a blank paragraph is created before the TOC
- press Del 2 times
-> the TOC is gone.
