I set up labels as follows:
File/New/Labels
On Options tab click Synchronize Contents
On Labels tab select Avery letter size and 5160 Address
Click New Document button.
View/Data Sources
Drag the first field onto the first label, center it, select it, and set it to
Arial 16. Press enter.
Drag the second field onto the first label on line 2; change the size to 8.
Press enter.
Drag the third field onto the first label on line 3; change the size to 16.
Insert/Fields/other. Select Next record and click insert and close.
Click the Synchronize Labels button in the floating window.
Select the first 30 records in the database table and click the Data to Fields
icon.
Click File/Print. A dialog box comes up warning "Your document contains
address database fields. Do you want to print a form letter? Click No.
Click OK.
LaserJet 5000 asks for custom paper in tray 1. Feed in letter-sized paper.
Printout has text clipped about 1/4 inch from edge of rightmost label. The
bottom row of labels is missing the third line of text.
I tried
Format/Page and changing the format to Letter, but it did no good. The printer
still asks for custom paper.
I cannot find how to attach a file or I would send the document and probably a
picture of the printout. I apologize if I'm just being blind.
