2006 -------
I have tried to reproduce this on Linux PPC with OOo 2.0.4-0ubuntu2 as well as
with OOo m188 (which is a milestone on the way to 2.1), but with the Orca
version shipped with Ubuntu Edgy => no crash.
Here is what I did:
open OOo writer, insert a dummy text by typing D T F3, switch to terminal and
launch Orca, switch back to OOo and press F7 to start spell checking, confirm
"continue at the beginning" and "spell checking completed" message boxes =>
done.
