Further to my previous posts I have now downloaded a fresh version of OOo2.04,
completely uninstalled the previous copy and reinstalled the fresh version of
2.04. The inability to use CREATE TABLE was still present. However, when I
removed 2.04 and reinstalled 2.03 I was able to use CREATE TABLE. I am
therefore as certain as I can be that there is an error in the current release
of Open Office Base for Windows Xp. I have therefore raised the priority on
this issue to P1
