The crash is caused by accessing SfxViewFrame::Current() from the 3D Effects
dialog. The returned SfxViewFrame is NULL because of a recent change in
sfx2/source/view/topfrm.cxx rev. 1.82.48.6, issue 19976. This change caused the
dialog to be opened before the current view frame is set. Before that change
the current view frame was initialized first and all was fine.
