The attached master doc lives in a world of its own; menu changes are remembered, but not effective anywhere else. (The doc is a stripped "Save As" copy of one of my master docs.) The slave doc will probably show your own menu config when opened. Changes to it appear in new and other slave docs. I made the menu / toolbar changes under 2.0.4, to a slave doc, then noticed that the changes were not propagated to either of my two masters, although they do appear in all other docs. It appears that the master docs have acquired their own copies of menus / toolbars. This may have happened under 2.0.3, or when converting to 2.0.4. If it were only one master, I might have fat-fingered a save; but I never touched the other one.
