The issue is that it is not intuitive about how to use the feature and OpenOffice.org Writer Help doesn't provide helpful information. So, it's all about making it easy for the user. (P.S.: I own a business with hundreds of employees, mostly hardware/software engineers, scientists, etc. I've mandated OOo (instead of Microsoft Office), which has resulted in much protesting from my employees. To back up my order, I use OOo myself as much as possible. The only way that I can continue to mandate OOo is for it to be bug free and readily usable.
