When you save an OOo document, it'll use the filename as the window title.
However, if you set the document's title property
(File->Properties->Description->Title), the window title will have the
document's title instead of the filename. This is fine as long as you have only
one document with the document title.
        Sometimes, users do this:-
1) create a document, set the document title to something, save it as doc1.odt
2) make another version, save it as doc2.odt
3) make another version, save it as doc3.odt
All three, when opened in OOo, will be very confusing because they'll
all have
the same window title. The user will not have a way to identify which one of the
three is which.

Solution:-
In MS Office they always display filename even when the document's
title is
set. This is not good. The better solution might be displaying both, e.g.
'doc1.odt - Issues in OOo - OpenOfice.org Writer'.
