pb -> liutao: thank you for your patch, but it is easier and platform
independent to use INetURLObject::GetMainURL(DECODE_WITH_CHARSET). Or you use
utl::LocalFileHelper::ConvertURL2SystemPath() to show the system path instead of
the URL. But I think this is no defect because we decided to show the URL here.
And a URL with blanks is not correct.
