I already knew that way of incrementing hours.
This issue was indeed posted in order to make OOo more coherent regarding the
incrementation of values.
Look what happens when you drag and drop only a cell:
numbers : increment +1
dates : increment +1 day
money : increment +1 euros/dollars...
hours : do nothing
This doesn't look coherent to me. It should be incremented minute by minute or
hour by hour. That's why I re-open the issue.
