Found in m195 but broken since m191 (found iterating)

- Call at-poke
-> soffice.bin is called VCLSalFrame in at-poke.
Notes:
- it may only be a smal bug and fix but I guess a big mess in the A11y hierarchy
(?) -> P2
- Somehow the fix for issue 70361 ("gnome file chooser dialog not accessible") I
have seen Ok in the CWS is fixed but failed in the master (CWS integrated in
m192). May it be that the current issues breaks the fix of issue 70361?
