The Time cells were formatted in Windows MS-Excel to the following specs. Range 0.01 - 24.00 Format XX.XX If you try to enter any value in this field OO give you the error: "Invalid Range Enter a Number from 0.01 to 24.00 Examples are 0.01, 1.00, 1.5, 1.74, 2, 2.00, 2.5 This field reflects hours" This is 100% repeatable in both x86 and x86_64 OOo v2.0.4.
