note: sb sees a similar effect on SolarisX86 with right aligned FixedText
without RTL, so this is not necessarily windows specific.
pl->hdu: i think the ImplDrawText( const Rectangle&, ... ) method does the
correct thing, however i'm not quite sure about PrepareLayoutArgs. Could there
be an off by 1 for right aligned case there ?
