If a shape is anchored to a page, then the following happens:
SwXMLExport::_ExportAutoStyles calls into
XMLTextParagraphExport::collectFramesBoundToPageOrFrameAutoStyles, which calls
XMLShapeExport::collectShapeAutoStyles(), which tries to determine the control
number style at the control (OFormLayerXMLExport::getControlNumberStyle)
Unfortunately, those control number styles are in
OFormLayerXMLExport::examineForms, which is called later in
SwXMLExport::_ExportAutoStyles.
I don't know where to put the examineForms call best, please somebody knowing
the Writer XML filter decide ...
