TCM 110012:

In Base:
1. click "Forms" icon in Database pane
2. click "Use Wizard to Create Form"
3. select Table1 in "Tables or queries"
4. move all of entries from "Available fields" to "Fields in the form"
5. Click "Next"
6. Click "Next"
7. Check all of arrange pattern with label placement combination

Step 7 is difficult to understand, but as far as I can see, it means try all
the form arrangements and make
sure they're OK. Well, they don't look OK to me.

Screenshot form1.png shows the column layout with labels to the left: there are
extra black lines over
on the RHS, and in between the first and second rows of text.

Screenshot form2.png shows the column layout with labels on top: the same extra
black lines exist in
the same positions, which aren't appropriate for the layout

Screenshot form3.png shows the datasheet layout, but there are no inner cells:
only a grey interior.

Screenshot form4.png shows the block layout with labels on top: here we see
those extra black lines
possibly in the positions they were designed for. But that doesn't explain why
they are there in the other
layouts.

I don't know if this happens in builds for other languages or architectures.
I'm testing 2.1.0rc2
Vietnamese on an Intel Mac.
