2006 -------
It was always a bug that a focus switch to a window below the container window
automatically activates the frame of this container window. In case the focus is
in a toolbar that belongs to an inplace active object the activation status
shouldn't change. Until now this was hidden because we had a lot of
"superfluous" additional activation/deactivation steps that now have been
removed due to optimizations.
Fixed by checking for inplace active objects before reaction on a focus event.
