Issue 51671 (Path Import) seems to be related with this. Another near-duplicate
is Issue 66695 (free-form motion paths). Issue 41801 is very similar to my
request as it includes the wish to parametrize the predefined motion paths.
Now I found it - My Request is a clear duplicate of Issue 41800 (Move along
curve not implemented in OOo1 975) ...as are Issues 51212 and 63331, also -
looks like I have not been the only one too stupid for the search function here
;-)
This bug ("enhancement wish" is way too euphemistic) is a serious handicap in
the usability of Impress.
