The paragraphs in the table are erroneously imported in numbering context.
To workaround this, select the cells below "Parametro", go to Format.Numbering
and click the "Remove" button there.
MRU->HBRINKM: the paragraphs in the table cells below "Parametro" shouldn't be
in num context after import. This worked one correctly in OO 2.0.0.
