confirmed issue on english OOo 2.1.
Help ID 20104 is FN_EDIT_FIELD. It is present in the source file
swriter/01/02140000.xhp. That file has a <lastedited date="2005-09-13T12:20:44">
and the feature worked before.
So some other change must have broken the feature for just this help ID.
Therefore I suggested previously to remove this help ID from the list of Help
IDs that trigger the Help Agent.
