When OOo is upgraded, the dictionary configuration (<OOo main
program>/share/dict/ooo folder) is overwritten by the new files. Therefore, all
the modifications (dics removed & added) are lost. Moreover, we get again all
the unwanted dics delivered by default with OOo.

The only way to avoid this is to put the folder content in the user profile
folder but it's not very smart and we keep receiving the whole bunch of dics by
default.

This is not an enhancement but a defect because it has a serious impact on the
usability. Users have to download again some dics. See this thread :
http://www.oooforum.org/forum/viewtopic.phtml?t=50433

The dictionary management must be changed to avoid this. At least files should
be added when non existent but NOT overwritten. And the dictionary.lst file
modified and never replaced.
