pl->os: It would seem that the crash is due to the parent window already being
destroyed; actually in apphdl.cxx in line 1059 no new view was created but the
old one seems to be deleted. You said you wanted to look into this.
Also there was a side effect in the roadmap control that would access deleted
members in GetFocus; this is fixed and committed in CWS os54.
