Hi,

I recently did a presentation with impress 2.0 on Debian etch at home. It
included some EPS graphics created with xfig (very, very clean EPS). Wen trying
to do some last-minute adjustments on my computer at work (also Debian Etch),
the EPS was rendered smaller than it should be with a border to the left, upper
side. The quality was also fsiognificantly worse. The EPS has a thight bounding
box, so a border has no business being there. As it is, that makes impress
completely unusable, since all images are broken....

What tool(s) are used to render EPS? Can I configure them or select different
ones? I did not find any explanation or configurable option for this. I did not
even find anything on how EPS is handled ...

The EPS in question and the presentation are available, if you need them.

Arno
