AW: Same as with the controls (as VCL-Windows). The SdrMediaObject VCL-Window is
shown and positioned in paint, but not positioned when ShouldPaintObject() is
false.
Added an own ViewContactOfSdrMediaObj::ShouldPaintObject(...) which calls a
common ViewObjectContactOfSdrMediaObj::checkMediaWindowPosition(...) now which
is also used by the paint.
