2006 -------
Nobody resizes the chart to see bigger text! The plot area is the main reason 
for resizing a chart, so I don't understand why the fonts are resized along 
with the chart. Because internally, the components are handled as shapes, they 
should all have a property like "ResizeWithParent", to let them know if they 
should resize or not, and all text shapes in the chart should have it set to 
false by default. The only shape that should resize along with the chart should 
be the plot area (or wall).
