The plot area is the main reason for resizing a chart, so I don't understand why the fonts are resized along with the chart. Because internally, the components are handled as shapes, they should all have a property like "ResizeWithParent", to let them know if they should resize or not, and all text shapes in the chart should have it set to false by default.
