When performing Export to PDF, everything works fine except you can't use a 
localized filename (in our 
case, a filename containing Vietamese letters, UTF8).

It looks good when you save it, but when you open the PDF in a PDF viewer, it 
doesn't display correctly.

I'll ask Nam for a screenshot. He has very little time, so I'm lucky he ran the 
TCM tests I wrote out, and 
sent them in.
